What is saturation?
A saturated pool has more stake than the protocol rewards efficiently. Stake above the threshold earns diluted rewards; VOLT is comfortably below it.
How fees work
Cardano deducts the fixed pool cost and operator margin from pool rewards before the remaining rewards are distributed. Fees never come from your principal.
